Ann joined Eunomia in 2007 and has played a leading role since then in Eunomia’s work on the evaluation of pollution impacts. This has included consideration of the health impacts of pollution arising from transport. In conjunction with this, she has played a leading role in Eunomia’s work for NICE on measures UK local authorities can take to reduce pollution from road transport, as well as a review of the European Ambient Air Quality Directives undertaken for the European Commission DG Environment. She is currently working with several UK local authorities assisting them in the development of their NO2 reduction plans, and is technical lead on Eunomia’s work on the climate emergency.
