Catherine Kenyon is Head of Clean Air Programmes at Global Action Plan (GAP). GAP is a UK-based sustainability charity responsible for Clean Air Day, the UK’s largest national campaign on air pollution. Catherine leads collaborations on air pollution programmes with the health sector, schools, local authorities, and community groups. Her achievements include launching the UK’s first air pollution calculator, implementing the Clean Air Hospital Framework and the ICS Clean Air Framework across the health service in the UK, coordinating APPG on Air Pollution events, and the delivery of previous Clean Air Day campaigns.

Before joining GAP, Cat worked at ActionAid International, where she led a multi-million-pound consortium project with 12 agencies on transforming surge capacity in the humanitarian sector. Catherine is Vice-Chair of London Living Streets; she established and chaired the Haringey Living Streets branch over 2018-2022, she is a founding member of Labour Walks & Cycles and was commended in the category of Campaigner of the Year by the London Cycling Campaign in 2021.
