Guilherme is an Analyst at the Centre for Cities, where he focuses on transport; how different urban forms shape mobility and carbon emissions.

He has also worked on research focused on the economic structure of cities and its implications for productivity over the long run.

Guilherme joined the Centre as a Researcher in January 2021. Before this, he worked as an Economist focused on inflation and house prices for several European countries. Guilherme holds both a BSc and a MSc in Economics from Nova School of Business and Economics (Lisbon).
