Jed Ramsay has been working in the water sector for over 25 years and is a leader in project management of river related projects. Jed’s experience includes time working for the Environment Agency in flood risk, navigation, engineering and incident management. He has also led a unique navigation authority in Cambridge and been CEO of a charity that owns a private fishery, estate and Town Hall in Berkshire.
Jed currently works for Buckinghamshire Council in the Strategic Flood Risk team as leader of Project Groundwater. In addition to his day to day role, Jed is actively involved in the Chartered Institute of Water & Environment Management (CIWEM) as a mentor and professional reviewer. He is also currently chair of the Central Southern Branch which arranges technical events for both members and non-members alike.
