Joe has worked in various roles within the flood risk sector, during his 11 years of experience, giving him a wide range of project and technical skills. Joe has considerable experience working with local authorities helping them meet their duties under the Flood Risk Regulations 2009 and Flood and Water Management Act 2010. His primary role at Project Centre is managing the full range of Lead Local Flood Authority duties of our client, the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead. In addition, he has delivered retrofit sustainable drainage schemes for clients reducing flood risk to people and places.

Prior to joining Project Centre Joe was employed at TfL where he was responsible for designing track drainage, ensuring drainage infrastructure maintenance regimes were being undertaken compliant with standards, and assuring third-party drainage designs. He has also delivered drainage strategies and flood risk assessments for large residential and commercial developments and was responsible for creating hydraulic models of sewage networks for Dwr Cymru Welsh Water and Thames Water.
