Luciano has a background in Supply Chain Management, Strategy and Regional Policy. He manages projects related to urban strategies (transport, regeneration, policy) in UK local authorities which has included extensive stakeholder management and governance.

Luciano has worked in the ZERO-PLUS project (Horizon 2020) in the construction and innovation sector and major development and finance organisations such as the World Bank, EBRD, UNIDO and FAO in market creation, climate adaptation and mitigation projects. He has extensive experience reviewing and making recommendations of policy and strategy in the transport and climate change sectors.
