Lucie Clinch is a Senior Associate Knowledge Development Lawyer in the KM & Compliance department at Stewarts, the UK’s largest litigation-only law firm. She supports the injury practice groups within the firm with know how, efficiency and legal training. Lucie is particularly interested in the legal and regulatory impact of autonomous vehicles within the injury sphere, writing regularly on the topic.
Experienced in acting for clients in employer’s liability, public liability, road traffic accidents and product liability injury claims, Lucie has detailed experience of issues surrounding CRU benefits, costs and funding, and works with the injury teams in relation to various aspects of knowledge management, training and development.
Lucie graduated with a degree in Law from the University of East Anglia, before working for Stewarts as a paralegal. She qualified as a solicitor in 2010. Prior to re-joining Stewarts in 2018, Lucie worked for a global law firm advising clients on personal injury claims of varying levels of complexity.
