Michael is an expert in developing learning organization strategies that help organizations improve and expand their core competencies to survive in a rapidly changing business environment. Such strategies include continuous/team learning, knowledge management, data visualization, open innovation, and creating disruptive innovation.
Michael’s primary interest is using his video production skills to explore online educational technology, artificial intelligence, and virtual reality to improve the human learning process. Currently, Michael is working to democratize education and enhance knowledge sharing by bringing online learning to third-world countries.
His other interests include building culturally competent organizations by valuing cultural awareness and human collaboration to proliferate global innovation.
