Richard has over 14 years’ of experience, predominantly working with local authorities outside of London in the parking enforcement and technology sectors.
He is the group lead on the moving traffic enforcement campaign, working with colleagues across the Marston Holdings Group to deliver clients’ desired outcomes from scheme design and conception, civils works and signs and lines provision through to camera installations and processing services.
Richard joined Marston in 2009 as Client Account Manager for the civil parking enforcement contract in Buckinghamshire before becoming Account Director and finally, Strategic Account Director, where he currently supports clients across the UK.
