Previously a senior director at the global digital agency McCann, Rob led the successful launch of their new sales-focused division in the UK. In early 2018 Rob joined National Express Group to develop and lead their digital and data strategies. Rob develops initiatives that encourage digital innovation; specifically in areas that improve NEG’s operational excellence and increase customer focus. He also manages brand strategy to see how NEG can maximise value from their powerful brand assets.
