Roni serves as the Global Director of Climate Adaptation at Arcadis, where she oversees a multifaceted team encompassing climate risk assessment, strategic planning, design, and engineering, as well as operations & maintenance of infrastructure.
Her experience has been shaped by managing and delivering large, multidisciplinary resiliency projects that bring innovative climate adaptation solutions to life. Instrumental to her project work is her ability to build consensus among a variety of stakeholders, engage diverse communities and bridge the engineering and planning disciplines.
She’s helped cities solve integrated water management challenges through delivering green and grey engineering solutions to concurrently address coastal, riverine and stormwater flooding, as well as deliver implementable plans to address acute and chronic climate risks.
