She currently leads Digital and Connected Cars projects for Groupe Renault Middle East, focusing on leveraging emerging technologies to digitize customer journeys, implement best practices in Customer Engagement and Rewards Programs, and innovation around Big Data and Process Modelling to create new capabilities and services.
