Since 1988, we have provided innovative and environmentally sound solutions for the waste generated by households and businesses. Over this time, SUEZ recycling and recovery UK has evolved so as to maximise the value recovered from waste materials, while also protecting the environment. We were one of the first organisations to embrace the circular economy. In 2008, we began re-engineering our organisation and the change has accelerated in recent years. We continue to innovate and invest in energy generation and alternative fuels, helping our customers make the transition.
Tiptapp is a peer to peer marketplace where households can get help moving items, be it taking recycling to the HWRC, getting a sofa purchased on eBay delivered or help with grocery shopping whilst in self-isolation. By connecting those who don't have a car with those who do, Tiptapp reduces congestion and pollution. Tiptapp also helps increase reuse in society by making it easier for people to give away items they no longer need.
