Alastair Richards leads the Integrated and Smart Travel team at Transport for the North. The ambitious programme seeks to transform transport information, ticketing and payments throughout the North of England, maximising benefits realisation through ensuring effective programme management, control of expenditure and timely delivery of all programme outcomes.
On Wednesday July 11th, Alastair will be joining us in Manchester at our TRANSPORT Smart Class, North of England edition, to deliver a keynote presentation on “Cross Industry Collaboration to enable Smarter Travel in the North”. His speech will centre on the close working relationships and collaboration across the North’s complex stakeholder landscape in order to enable smarter travel across the whole of Northern England.
