We’re delighted to confirm presentation topics for two more of our innovation sponsors at TRANSPORT Smart Class, London & South East England 2018, which we’ll be hosting next Wednesday October 31st (8.30am-1.30pm) at the Radisson Blu Edwardian Grafton Hotel.

Cube Intelligence’s Head of Partnerships, Robert Cooke, will be discussing “The Future of Incentivised Mobility” and “How to Incentivise Smart City Initiatives through Tokenised Reward Structures”: “Many cities”, Robert observes, “are feeling the infrastructural strains that have been associated with growing populations and civilizations throughout history. Cube are looking at ways to incentivise behaviour that are in line with City initiatives and in the interests of raising the quality of life for the Cities’ inhabitants. A major part of this focus is on transport and mobility solutions, and how we can utilise the resources we have in a more efficient way”.

OpenDataSoft’s speaker, Philippe Vaillant, will focus his presentation on “Improving Mobility Operations and Services through Data Products”. From external data sharing to real-time dashboard of indicators, OpenDataSoft Platforms provide an array of solutions for improving mobility operations and services. Philippe’s talk will highlight “concrete use cases in which clients and partners have harnessed the power of data catalogues and data visualisations to facilitate existing processes and trigger innovations. As transport projects are increasingly multipartite, easily accessing, sharing and exploring data becomes the most powerful tool to develop new services and better manage operations”.

Robert and Philippe join Videalert’s Tim Daniels, Imperial’s Mandy Watson, TfL’s Shane Hymers, Southeastern’s John Backway and the City of London Corporation’s Bruce McVean whose presentations will address “How to Effectively Manage and Enforce Clean Air and Low Emission Zones with Virtual Permits and Digital ANPR”; “Dynamic Demand Led Bus Service Planning: Maximising the Opportunities Provided by Technology”; “National Rail’s Transition to Digital Ticketing – Historical Challenges and Future Opportunities”; and “Strategic Approaches to Smart Mobility: Walking Towards a Smarter City”.

Those with relevant credentials can apply for one of the last free delegate places by completing the registration form at the bottom of the event page.
