Alexandre Pierini defined to our TRANSPORT Smart Class, London & South East England 2021 delegates at The Embassy, Belgravia, the different levels of public transport digitalisation and the situations to which they are best suited. Bringing real world insights from France and Belgium to his presentation, Alex case studied Passenger information applications, Integration of ticketing and “Light” integration of Mobility Service Providers in the city of Annecy, before demonstrating “next level” Mobility as a Service in Brussels as a “complete integration of MSPs within the MaaS app”. He was ably supported by Alexandre Chaissing during the deeper dive roundtable discussions that followed.
