Imperial’s Ashley Bijster and Videalert’s Tim Daniels joined us again in Birmingham recently for TRANSPORT Smart Class, Midlands 2019, and demonstrated that by adding clean air zone rules and differentiated pricing for behaviour change to proven technologies, the move towards managing air quality in our cities and regions needn’t be a giant leap into the unknown.
