Schedule Update: Pre-September Smart Classes Shifting to Q4 2020

Published

With the current coronavirus situation evolving daily and duty of care to delegates, speakers, sponsors and staff of paramount importance, we’ve taken the decision to postpone our remaining pre-September Smart Classes until the final quarter of 2020:

EMISSIONS & AIR QUALITY Smart Class, South 2020 (8.30am-1.30pm) and WASTE MANAGEMENT Smart Class 2020 (1.30pm-6.30pm) will still be hosted in central London but on Thursday 10th December instead of April 15th. We’ve secured The Embassy at 19 Grosvenor Place, Belgravia, as our historical new venue for these events!

TRANSPORT Smart Class, North of England 2020 will now take place on Tuesday 17th November instead of June 9th. The Stoller Hall at Chetham’s School of Music in Manchester remains our venue for this edition.

To accommodate these reschedulings, new 2021 dates will be announced further down the line for our PUBLIC REALM & URBAN SPACES, ENERGY and WATER MANAGEMENT Smart Classes and for EMISSIONS & AIR QUALITY Smart Class, Midlands & North.

Our next two events are:

TRANSPORT Smart Class, Scotland 2020 – The RSE, Edinburgh, Thursday 10th September (as per original schedule).

TRANSPORT Smart Class, London & South East England 2020 – The Barn at Greencoat Place, London, Tuesday 13th October (as per original schedule).

We will, of course, continue to follow government rules and guidelines and closely review the advice from Public Health England to ensure the best possible event experience for all of our stakeholders.

Delegate places are strictly limited – usually to a maximum of 50 per Smart Class – so, if you’d like to join us, click on the Smart Class of your choice from above, and complete the registration form located beneath the event description to secure your free seat (subject to satisfying the digital buyer-side qualification criteria described).

Can’t attend your chosen event? You’re welcome to extend the opportunity to another senior colleague or team member.

Interested in sponsoring a Smart Class? We’re able to accommodate up to 5 innovators or solution vendors per Smart Class in an “Innovation Sponsor” capacity. This opportunity is also available to organisations who source or advise on digital technology-enabled solutions, data driven insights and smart best practices that can play a key role in helping our buyer side delegates address their transport and mobility, emissions and air quality, waste management, public realm, energy, water management or healthcare challenges. Check out the Event Sponsorship page on our website for full details and to view a selection of testimonials from previous Smart Class sponsors. Here’s additional feedback from some of our delegates!
