Leicester City Council’s Smart City Programme lead, Matt Clifton, joined us in Birmingham a couple of months ago to deliver the closing keynote at TRANSPORT Smart Class, Midlands 2020. Matt explained the aims of the Smart Leicester Strategy and outlined the common connectivity challenges that cities face, the role of digital infrastructure and data in smart transport and the lived experience of smart mobility in Leicester.
