Ben is the Team Manager for Transport Strategy & Policy at Leicestershire County Council and is responsible for the development and implementation of the new Leicestershire Local Transport Plan (LTP4), with the community at its centre.
Ben has previously worked strategic planning, transport planning and highways development management across the public and private sectors. He is also a chartered member for the Royal Town Planning Institute and member of the Transport Planning Society.
