Carl joined VivaCity in 2022 and oversees the company’s network management and signal control solutions.
Previously in Europcar’s car-share business, at transport consultancy Steer, and as a Director at the active travel charity Sustrans, Carl has worked at local, regional and national government levels to deliver infrastructure and behaviour change projects to encourage more walking, cycling and public transport use, the adoption of shared mobility and the transition to electric vehicles.
