Over the last 26 years David has worked in the public sector for Essex County Council and currently for Project Centre. During this time, he has gained a significant amount of knowledge in both engineering and flood prevention project delivery. The variety of projects he has worked on in this time have made him a versatile and experienced individual capable of leading a team that is focused on delivering the best project for our clients.
Whilst leading the delivery of Essex County Councils flood programme, he managed over £35million pounds worth of investment in flood prevention projects ranging from the delivery of feasibility studies to construction attenuation basins, rain gardens and a variety of nature-based solutions.
